    Default Perfect Cleaner Pack?

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#It's been over a week now and I'm reallynot sure what I'm looking for as far as bacteria for these guys to eat. My glass is pretty clean, has little critters crawling on them, butnot no sign of algae growth yet. The shrimp that I dropped in a week ago is molding and I see bacteria activity but I don't know if these creatures are going to eat that (wouldn't want them to either, looks pretty sick even for them). So my question is should I wait a couple more weeks (it's only 2nd week of cycle, would the ammonia effect their health?)or could I gather them up now and start to put them to work and compensate what they dont have with something I could provide (ex: fish food). And the main question is, what isyour idea of the"perfect" cleaner pack for a 20 gallon reef tank (even if I can't get them now, for future reference)?#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Best Regards,#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Clem#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

10 astrea snails, 10 nass snails, 5 blue leg hermits, 5 red leg hermits, 1 brittle star
There's nowhere else I'ld rather be... unless, of course, you're buying

I would go with 20 astrea snails, 10 cerith , 5 blue leg and maybe a brittle star, I would hold off till you start seeing algae growth in the tank before you add the little guys.

#ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Thanks again everyone! I'm going to probably work off of what you guys recommended, maybe a little here and there. I'm not going to add them quite yet.#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl##ed_op#DIV#ed_cl#Clem#ed_op#/DIV#ed_cl#

Sea cucumbers would make a great addition once your reef gets a little more established and you start seeing your fist diatom bloom, after that they'l help detritus and stuff under control for you. We have had tremedous success with them.

either use an emerald crab or remove it by hand. if you do it by hand you want to make sure you are siphoning water at the same time to catch the spores.
