    Default Thoughts on seahares?

I am in the market for either another sea cucumber or something else to fill that role. My tiger tail got in a fight with my powerhead...cucumber lost in the first round.

I was going to just go grab another cucumber, but then came across Seahares on the internet...they look pretty cool, and seem to enjoy a healthy diet of slime algea...which I have plenty of.

    What do you think?
...I think my fish just farted.

I got two sea hares a few months ago. They both disappeared into the rockwork after a couple days never to be seen again. I can only assume they died. I'm not sure how long they even lived.

Mine went missing as well after a month. It was my first experience with them.

I had one in my tank for a year, they actually blend into the rockwork and you would think that it is dead but it may not be. I found mine grazing the rocks at night when the tank lights are off.

If it is you may be looking into a huge handfull of troubles as when they die they will leach out a toxic mess into the tank and will kill everything in your tank.
