What are these AND are they bad?

lets say you user 1cc of kalk in them and some thing eats them(aiptasia) what happins too it(the nudi's)

The appies will preaty much instantly disolve when you nuke them, but if you are woried about it I have had great sucess with just useing boiling water in a syringe and have seen no negative effects!

Thank you all for the input. I ended up getting Joe's Juice and it's worked like a charm, the Aiptasia are gone.
