    Default What's your oldest creature? Mine's a brittle star

    I've got a brittle starfish that is at least 14 years old. I say at least because he hasn't grown at all since I got him as a birthday present from my then little kids in 1998. It's been through tank crashes and moves and all sorts of my mistakes. Wonder how old they get in the wild?

    I also have a sebae anemone (crispa) and a toadstool that's at least 11(just found a pic from 2001) and lived through three moves to three different tanks.
    What's your oldest creature/fish?

    I have then and now pics if you guys are interested.

    I have a Coral Beauty angel that will be with me for 10 tears in January.... bought it from andrew (saltwaterkid) when he broke down his tank, so who knows how old he is! Also have a huge brittle star that is about 8 or 9 i believe...
    Detroit's oldest large LED tank! Est'd Jan 2005, went LED June 2009. 6' wide 130g reef, Sunbrite T10 LED tubes (3xGen 3 and 1xGen 1), mostly SPS, but chalices, other LPS, and a few softies too.

    That thing is awesome, Chuck! Let me know the next time you cut it, I'd like to buy a nub to put in my softie section.

    Miz: Pistol Shrimp 3 yrs! I'd like to see a pic if you have it. Nice

    Pat, I had an old coral beauty too, but he jumped when I started the new tank. I think he was only around 5. What's with those brittle stars, eh? That's great!

    Dputt, how old are your clowns? Plus what type? I had two mated Clarkiis that were around 5, but I gave 'em away this year. Too stinkin' mean to put in the new system.

    <!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: dbtech_usertag_mention -->

    <!-- END TEMPLATE: dbtech_usertag_mention -->: How about a video instead? Sadly the Tangaroa Goby has since passed away but the shrimp is still going strong. I haven't gotten him a new buddy yet, most likely won't until I upgrade. I target feed him daily as he sticks pretty close to his tunnel
