Thanks....really interested in trying this....I wasnt sure how you did yours...I have seen others that are shaped like an L. Yours seems to be just as good without all the cutting of plexi...I know what I am trying this weekend....

I am planning to get some 3 in acrylic tube and paint the I'd black then glue a clear blank on one end. I think it will eliminate the glare from LED's

They have a good selection on eBay of the acrylic tube if it helps...let us know how it goes please.

HeyvChris! Been awhile. The Benz is a 89 AMG 560SL being restored right now. Very nice ride. I went with theAvast look down which is just a piece of 4 inch round acrylic tube with a clear bottom . Works great
