Very nice as usual melev! May i ask what kind of camera you use? And what do i look for when buying a new one. Mine just doesnt cut it anymore.

A few days later, my clam looked like this:
maxima zood3 - A few top down shots from tonight

So I peeled away the offending zoanthids and it is open again.

They were growing pretty quickly, building a bridge of babies on the 'trunk' of mature polyps. And each night they tried to reach across more and more. That day, that is what occurred.

It isn't a secret, Dave. All my settings are the same as normal, shooting in macro mode. I use a top down photo box: http://www.melevsreef.com/topdown.html
