    Default white balancing lense cap

who on here uses a white balancing lens cap? do you like it? do you find that it helps a lot with your pictures white balancing? which one do you use?
i know they are only a couple of bucks but i don't want to waste my time and money getting one and playing with it just to add it to the pile of crap that i have that i don't use. i also would rather not get one that doesn't actually stay on my lens when i want it to.

We bought and used one and I wasn't real impressed with it. I would rather get one of those gray cards that you can set in your tank to set the white balance. Or I often take a pic of the sand first, then set the white balance off of that. It's not nearly as accurate as the card, but it gets it close. I use photoshop to color correct from there.
