how to take great photos?

What do you MEAN I won't share? I thought that between Dakar and I we pretty much summed it up.

I have got to stop photoshoping wearing my glasses and start with my contacts!! lol I looked at some just a while ago and boy are they BAD!!!:eek:

I use a kodak dx6490 and in manual mode and macro I can get some pretty decnt shots. I place the lens right up against the glass.
I love taking pictures as you probably already know. But I still only get one out of ten that I like.

I wish I got as many as one out of ten that I liked. :) I'm at about a 30:1 ratio of bad pictures to good one, but with digital, who cares?

what i meant Eric, is mine look nothing like the ones you guys are taking. If i zoom that close it almost always comes out blurry. I'm gonna go get a tri-pod todayand see if that helps.

how do you keep your tank so clean? It looks great.

Just a routine maintenance schedule. I clean the glass twice a week and do w/c every sunday morning along with other maintenance. A little work alot of the time is easier than alot of work some of the time.
