Default It's been a year already?!?

Hey everyone! Just thought I'd pop in and see what's shakin? Life has been busy for me the last year. Had a beautiful baby girl, bought a new house, started renovating the basement, etc. I don't even have a reef tank at home any more! Quite a change considering I had 5 reef tanks running at one time in my condo. Anyway, my only windows to the ocean I have now are at work. One of my 120G reefs was moved from the condo to where I work so that I wouldn't have to scramble to move it when we sold the condo. Well, it's been set up at work for some time now and I can honestly say that it's much cheaper having them pay the electricity for it.

My 40 Breeder in my office is doing really good too! A little hair algae now and again, but nothing too terrible.

Here's a picture of it when I set it up:

And he's a picture of it exactly 1 year ago today... Not much change in the first couple pics. LOL

And here's a FTS from this morning. FYI: I've done exactly TWO water changes in the past year.

Thanks for the compliments! We were just looking amazed at the growth in a 1-year period. Hard to notice it when you see it every day.

To be brutally honest, I didn't do much with the tank. Provided you have good fundamentals, they take care of themselves contrary to what some people will tell you. You just need to provide the fundamentals. Eric
