hi all I have noticed that photo bucket has changed their img coding for pictures and it isn't necessarily working in the forums like it used to some times it work and some times it isn't showing as a pic but rather the video window

IMG 0680 - photobucket users take note

for some reason it isn't doing it to me

if it dose this click on the icon at the top of the edit widow for picture it looks like a yellow box with a mountain in it insertimage - photobucket users take note and incert the direct link IE " http://i281.photobucket.com/albums/k...nsertimage.gif " in the field that pops up to force it to work

Marc- Have you just noticed this here or other forums as well? It could be a conflict with the video embedding scripts that we are running.

I noticed it big time here tonight. It actually made posting pictures in a post very time consuming. And it still did not work consistently. I had to delete and use the insert icon repeatedly to get it to look right on several of my posts tonight.

Marc is right...somehow using the img tag tool from the editor tool bar seems to make it work right.

Yes... I used that... but on some of my posts... it took multiple tries to get it to post correctly despite using that. So I'm not sure what's going on with that. I wanted to go back and look at some old pics....but I'm too tired tonight.

haven't tried to post a pic anywhere else so I honestly couldn't say whether or not it is working properly on other sites

well it seems that photobucket has changed the links back to original so we can just copy and paste them again
