My camera was set at F8, ISO 100 with a 2 sec exposure time. My camera is a Canon 5D.

Better late than never .. love the mantis! I got lucky with a mantis too! lol
did you have the camera on a tripod for the fireworks? Great shots! Here's my mantis and a butterfly at the
zoo
exhibit at Cleveland
