    So how do you like the Sony a100? Pics look pretty good. I see that you have a low F-stop of 4 and iso @400 on your last pic. Is that your standard setting or do you change up the settings to find what you like. I am a big fan of your pics, great job. Pete

    thanks. I usually try to use an f-stop of around 20 to 30 for greater DOF. I like an iso of 100 the best for corals. I use manual setting alot, set the F-stop to where I want and adjust the shutter speed, watching the meter on the back to get the exposure I want. sometimes under, sometimes over.

    the camera is actually my wifes, she takes thousands of pictures of our two kids swim teams and my daughter dancing. I only take coral and fish, the macro lens I borrow from my brother.

    we like the sony, but we bought that because we had lens to fit it from our mintola SLR's.
