Finally got a photo of my elusive pistol shrimp.

That is awesome Jim! What substrate is that? I just got my nano29 and I want a goby/pistol combo. I was worried about using the Fiji pink because it's too fine and the shrimp will just dig until he goes insane.

Yeah, I am using the real fine sand. I mixed a little crushed coral in with it along the front of the tank. It keeps the shrimp plenty busy with keeping it cleaned out.

Nice shot Jim! They are hard to take pics of because they are so skittish. Even then, it's hard to get both in the same shot while in focus.
