The AFS are going out the door today to resellers worldwide. If you got a pre-order in with someone, or your LFS ordered stock, there is good chance you will get one before the holiday weekend next week!
Do these require two wires connecting to them? Looks like a control cable and a separate power cable? Too bad it couldn't have been done with just the control cable.

Good thought Jim. I assumed it was powered and controlled by AquaBus cable. It does come with a 110V power cable but maybe that is in case you want this feeder and do not yet have the Apex Controller?

I think I read somewhere that they can be daisy chained (if you feed a lot or multiple tanks). So, I assumed that was the reason for a second plug. I could be remembering wrong thought.
"The power supply is optional. It would be used for those with very elaborate setups (12-15 modules). AFS is not functional with out the Apex."
Hope this answers your questions, and don't hesitate to ask if there's anything else!
Yes, that's the story. Several of the Feeders can be chained together with no power source other than the AquaBus cables. That's why the dual port. The power cord is only in the event that you have a huge number of modules to connect - that way you can power the feeder via an outlet, and the further modules can still draw power through the AquaBus.
