Default Microbacter 7

I have been dosing this product daily now for 2 weeks......... and i love it I was skeptical when I 1st heard about this and had my doubts but after finally coming around and giving it a shot. However, after using it I can honestly say, my water looks much cleaner and clearer, without a doubt! While they claim results can be seen in as little as 1/2 hour I didnt notice much difference in the 1st day or so, but it has cleared up quite impressively since then! My skimmer has been pulling a little more, but doesn't seem to be super drastically more BTW. Regardless, I would suggest this product to others, and am very happy that Andy (from Reef Paradise) recommended this product to me! Thanks Andy, and MB-7!!

The product is nice. But it can drain your tank of nutrients very quickly so make sure you maintain proper conservative dosing regimen.
Watch for LPS reaction closely.

I'm going to try MB7 when i get home. I'm always hearing good things. How are the corals doing?

Its only been 2 weeks, but they are alive, and have color/ still gaining color (took in some TLC corals just before starting the MB-7, and they are starting to color up).

Manoj is right though, there is some risk with some corals (more so lps/ zoas) that like the water a little muddy of getting the tank too clean.... but right now my torch and hammers are actually inflated more and seam to be gaining color intensity as well.... time will tell

Thank for the advice. Just going to dose a bit under what's recommended. Better safe then sorry.

Actually..... that is highly recommended! Goodluck with it and look forward to seeing what you guys do this go around!! BTW Reef Paradise carries it and I know laura is a big fan of zoas/ palys, can't beat the selection there

I also use and LOVE MB7. I dose it and a small amount of vodka currently. I will probably continue dosing the "set up a new tank" amount for quite a while cause I am sure it is helping to clear up my cyano. One recommendation I have is once you use the small thing up and love it but the big 64 oz thing. You will save a lot of money in the long run with the bulk bottle.

I just feed a whole lot more and much more often. The dosing of the MB7 will help with the nitrates of doing so. Seems to take care of the higher nutrient loving corals, and keeps the water still sparkling clean, along with a big ol' skimmer. Never seen zoas/palys as vibrant colored as they can be in a heavily fed lower nutrient tank.
