So far, I have taken many with the pending choice of locations, as we will have-
Plenty of room to linger/veiw the vendors tanks/setups.
Plenty of room behind the swap tables with some amenaties to make behind the tables comfortable.
Tables to sit, eat, rest, hang out and conversate.
Small tables with no power, for ease of frag exchanges, for those with very few presold/traded items for a minimal price.
Sound system/microphone for the raffle and general use.
Large bathrooms.
Huge parking lot.
Working on beer, beverage and food services.
2 convenient locations for dumping tank water when swap is over.
I also recall the first 2 years we had split the swap into 2 halves- the swap, very family freindly and an after social gathering. I am thinking about incorporating this tradition back into the swap. Creekside, the original home of the first 2 swaps, is a hop, skip and a jump from the freeway and the swap. I am sure I can get food and drink specials arranged like in the past. Any interest? I know there were at least 4 good groups of us that had a great time hanging out, talking reefs, and finally putting some faces to screen names, and becoming good long term freinds in the process. I know I enjoyed it.
