Does anyone around have these? I am at a loss right now with my ballasts. I have 2 neither are working, they are firing the first 2 bulbs for 1 second... then nothing. its not the wiring. If I could borrow a working one that would tell me that it was my 2 ballasts which I just had repaired BROKEN AGAIN.

    Mad,
    Heidi
