Thank you for all the well wishes guys, sorry I missed you. Nothing major, had a migraine headache when I woke up to get the kids ready. It seems no amount of Advil/Tylenol will kill a migraine once they get going.

One thing I learned fast though, is that High Output T5 lighting and Migraine's do NOT PLAY nice together. Add in a little vomiting, and you are in for a crappy day.

I am feeling MUCH better today, and I am at the shop ready to help in any way that I can.

I know your pain Mike, only thing that works for me is a Norco or Vicodin and about 5 gel freezer packs wrapped around my neck, head and eyes with some "white" noise in the back ground until I fall asleep for a few.

You listen to Rock when u have a headache?? Always seems to increase mine, maybe I need to turn it up a little more lol
