Thanks Chris, I didn't really like my phone b4, now a really hate it! Trying to find out how to get it off external headset, I don't even HAVE one. The "help" says to BLOW into the hole where I would plug a headset into! Ya, that sounds like PROFESSIONAL help there. (It didn't work, yes I tried it.)
