Really would love to make it to your swap. I am scheduled to work that weekend. Will try to get it off b/c I support the local reef clubs as much as possible. If not I wish you lots of sucess on your swap,
Paulo
i'd like to make it to this swap. can anyone tell me what to expect? like how many people usually show, how many vendors, how much will a table cost to setup, is there a raffle? thanks in advance[COLOR="Silver"]
There has been quite a bit of interest in the swap so I think it will have a decent turn out. To my knowledge this will be the first swap in the Flint area making it hard to predict our exact turn out. This location should be pretty good, as it will be centrally located for the east side of the state. This will be the first swap of the "season" the last one being in early April.
I measured the hall yesterday and am working on a table layout now. The facility is about 25% larger than the Belleville, MI hall we used last Fall...and that swap was packed...over 200 attendees.
Tables will be $15 for a half and $25 for a full. I'd expect 25-30 tables to be available. We may also have an option for some additional space if we need more.
