Default Lansing Swap Tables - Reserve Yours Now!

Tables are now available for reservation. They are going fast so please don't wait, we squeezed a few more tables in the hall this year and once they are all reserved, we won't have room for more.

Here is the link to reserve your table.

Vendors will be able to setup on Saturday 1/29, the night before the swap, starting at 6:30 pm. If you will be arriving after 8:30 pm, you need to let me know or we may be gone already for the night.

Vendor setup on Sunday 1/30, the day of the swap, will start at 9:00 am. The swap doors open to the public at noon. The swap goes until 4:30 pm. Vendors should be plan to be out of the hall by 6:00 pm on Sunday.

    Warning
Alll vendors need to be aware of the hall restrictions:

    - Max water volume per table: 30 gallons (or 15 gallons per half table)
    - Maximum power per table: 300 watts max. (e.g.,100 watt heater, 200 watts lighting)
    - Make sure your equipment is in good working order and not a safety hazard.
    - Bring your own extension cords. All cords must be clear of walkways or securely taped to avoid tripping.

These will restrictions will be enforced...we found out last year that the hall has limitations on how much power can be used. Don't show up with 500 watts of lighting and a 1000 watts of heater and expect that you will be able to operate....you will be unplugged with no refund.

Tables are going quick...especially full tables! Out of 29 full tables only 11 remain.

Do you have a layout of who is where and what locations are still available?

If you click on the table reservation link, then click on full or half tables you can see what tables are available and who has what table. This info is available under the "Options-->Select Table" drop down menu for each table type (i.e., full or half).

Eventually I will post an update to the map itself.

9 full tables left. There are also a couple sets of half tables that could be purchased as a group. But if you want to be assured of a table, don't delay.

The swap layout has been updated to show where vendors are going to be located (see first post of this thread).

10 am on Sunday. Also trying to get the hall the night before like we have in the past for early setup. This won't be confirmed for sure for a few weeks though.

The table map has been updated. If you are planning to get a table at the swap. I recommend getting one now before they are gone.

Keep in mind that while I am trying to honor all requests, there may be some adjustments to the final layout based on our tables needs as we are filing in the remainder of the vendors.
