Cool looking live rock but which thing on the rock are you concerned about ?

I had similar trouble a while back ,checked my po4 levels and they were off the wall,so I installed am phos reactor and run Rowaphos ,it costs a bit but works well and last a while too,good luck...

Hi guys, I just installed an 11w uv sterilizer and the next day there was a big patch of a yellow/mustard colored film on the live rock and the overall color of the tank is a green/yellow...

You have to love the help one gets on sites like this,+1 on what old man said about the bubble algea,and I picked up a tip on raising the mag levels a smidge to help control it as well !

+1 on the nip and zip,or rubber band,just not to tight as mentioned and in the same tank till its attached,just make sure its a nice clean cut with sharp scissors or razor blade and maybe place it in...
