This is a bad thing. The Hawaiian fishery is/was one of the best regulated in the world. This ruling was made with no regard to the scientific studies that have been done over the years.

Since there is little funding for the study required it's far more than temporary.

I have a 48", 5-bulb T5 fixture made by Aquactinics that I'm no longer using. The company is no longer in business but the fixture is amazingly well made and Tough! Made in the USA, not a cheap...

Despite the weather, we had a lot of people show up. We'll probably do another in the spring. :)
