what about your calcium levels and various other trace elements corals need to grow?
It takes a long long time to build a coral reef. Step by step the reefs survive on partnerships. And the most important partners are you and I.

What sps corals are you keeping? Some grow faster than others.

I have 50+..... I have fast growers like digi's and monti's and slower grower's like cervicornis, clathrata and ellorescens.

I would take a look at a couple of options. What fish do you have? Do you have red bugs? The latter can be very difficult to see but the first symptom is a lack of polyp extension. Look very, very closely at some of your lighter colored acros. The light color background can make the bugs easier to see. You may see tiny little dots crawling around which would indicate red bugs.

Your alk IMHO is way too high. Natural seawater is to 6.5-7 DKH.

The old school way was to keep alk super high but in my opinion it isn't necessary in todays day and age. I believe the coral would prefer to be closer to their natural range. That said I don't think it is your issue in terms of polyp extension.
