    Default What the heck?

I knew it was to good to be true while moving my pumps around, my lil Acro got skinned. Big white spot on her. Me without medicine. I'm sure it's now going to die.
My first sps and I killed it. Please don't laugh cause I wanna cry

I've never seen anything like this-since the above post it went from a little white patch to this....

Maybe I didn't do it? I watched as the polyps just blew away in the flow-it hurt to watch.

Now I'm scared about my new Acros coming...

Sounds like rapid tissue necrosis (RTN) to me....either that or there is direct flow hitting it.

Could be RTN, since it can happen quick. Do you have a pump close? Too much direct flow could cause a shedding.

Sorry to hear about your loss...lesson learned. SPS cant handle direct flow. It will blow the tissue right off....

Yes my very bad mistake-you know when the description states medium to high flow-they should take into account that some of us will take that literally-lol.

On a good note I found out before the new mini colonies got here. Still I wish I could visibly see the water flow...

    Thanks guys
