Try a tooth pick or rubber band to hold it to the rock.
Just run the pick through the bottom part of the coral and into a hole in the rock
You can use the rubber band to hold it in place.
Ether takes a week to 10 days to work

right now i kind of have it sandwiched between two rocks because the rubberband kept cutting it in half, so now i have about six frags off of one coral. all seem to be doing well though. the sandwich consists of rock, colt, rock and then rubberbanded so the rocks cant move and the colt cant come out. the rubberband is wrapped around the rocks and not the colt so it cant split it again. what do you think of this??
I thank that will work. IF not try the pick

I put a rubberband on loosely, just enough that it holds the coral in place. It will attach to the rock soon, and then I can remove the rubberband.
Bobby, you've been placing your rubber band on too tight. Just wrap it loosely to encourage it to adhere to the rock you want it to. They adhere super easy.
you may be able to use some reef safe super glue

I've never tried to glue these. Do they glue easily? They are super slimy.

If you take the colt frag out and dry the end of it with a papertowel and make sure the piece of rubble or whatever your gluing it to is dry they stick. that is the way I do it. just make sure both pieces are dry and let it sit for approx a minute or so. it will be fine out of the water while it dries.
i cant believe people are still repling to this thread i started it on 3/24/06 !! this is great, if a newbie needs the info then it is here !!
