    new pulsating xenia stoped pulsating why i bought it and placed at the top of my tank near the 8w 14k led light it just curled up inside its self and wont open it was beautifull when i got it what happened what could of happened to it

    What are your water parameters? Also did you just move it?

    i think my nitrates levels are a bit high what can i do to fix this other than then water changes I'm controlling the feeding i only have one clown fish (small) can i place something in the filters,or a plant any thoughts?

    ChemiPure Elite works great. However I don't think that's the cause for your Xenia not pulsing. How's the flow on them? They also require high lighting.

    I was thinking flow also...too much and they wont need to pulse.

    I am thinking, possibly, high nutrient levels "could" play a factor here too, if these arent in good/high flow. More suspended nutrient mean the nead to pulse less....I am thinking....

    Says the guy who has never been able to grow Xenia. Its my kryptonite....
