Yes it was discountinued, but it works great and they still make parts hince its a mp40 with a smaller power supply! It can be upgraded. I run 3 mp40's on my 165.

I have the (3) MP40w ES & (2) MP60w ES & (4) VorTech Battery Backup all new in the box still have a 1 year warranty. Was going to setup another tank. But I'm trying to recoupe losses from this past Hurricane - no power from Sunday to Thursday.
