Need holes drilled in tank

Any have some glass hole drill bits? Near clawson mi. I have a small 15gl tank that needs two holes put in, one for an overflow and the other for a return. I'd be willing to offer a frag or two for the holes to be drilled.

And to clarify I'm not looking to buy the drill bits, just to have someone comeover and drill the tank for me.
