    looking for a scwd, just got a new external pump and wanna try the scwd even tho i hear bad stuff about it i wanna try it out, so if anyone has one id like to buy it off you.

    I used a scwd for two years. The key to them is to keep them very clean. I used to take mine and hook up a pump and put it in a 5 gallon bucket with vinegar and water and let it run for 6 hours. I did this every month.

    That being said, I don't think I would do it again. Too much work to keep it running right.

    I'd scap the scwd idea dude you will not be happy with it...they are bound to fail unless u keep them ultra clean.

    My big problem is that it reduced the "pressure and flow" from the outputs. It is a good idea on paper but it really does on work in real world in my opinion,

    I was please with mine. Granted I wanted the reduction of flow... Mag 18 on a 50 breeder.
