    Thank you Manoj! But I'm looking for the Lettuce in particular for both nitrate/phosphate absorbency and as fish food. The cheato just for nitrates. I'm not familiar with grape calupra

    The grape grows crazy fast and if you have a tang he'll chow any you give him.It will also absorb the same as the lettuce and cheato.FREE is good too!
