I would not, I would dip aggressively in iodine and tank water. Maybe QT it so others are not at risk of catching it.

I have personally been a fan of the furan-2 for zoa pox.

Anyone else hear about this scraping zoa pox off your polyps???? Are people really doing this??

Scraping them off is not an effective method of combating zoa pox. Dips in either Furan or as Raptor mentioned iodine and tank water.

I would think that would be about as effective as scraping off chicken pox in order to cure it or prevent it from spreading. Furan 2 or iodine dips; unfortunately, both require removal of the affected polyps for effective treatment.
I collect PEs, and I'm always looking to trade for ones I don't have yet.

Please stop fragging your frags.......you'll eventually do more damage than good. Just let them grow.
