Crappy pics I know but this was/is my once thriving (3days ago) small colony of zoas. The only ones I've been able to keep. Stretched upwards and skinny.

What have you done to the tank in the past 5 days or so?

Have you checked your parameters yet?

Russ- If I am not mistaken, they werent stretched and stressed looking, and no pinched look to them 2 days ago.

Pretty sure they were normal healthy looking polyps, till that pic.

Just changed both bulbs within the last 2 months~flow seems the same, actually cleaned that out with last WC little over a week ago. Today not only are they skinny, now most of them are closed and skinny. Could blue leg hermits be messing with them? Little buggers crawl over everything.
