    there are 5 colonies on the rock i did this to. i posted pics in 'morphing?', of another colony.
    there is one colony that still has not had any polyps open yet.

    "Hypermorphing" as it is commonly called can produce some amazing morphs, unfortunatly, it is very stressfull to the polyps/frag/colony- and many dont make it. Some do though, and the ones in your top pic look like they are going to survive. Many times, after acclimation to their new surroundings, they revert back to normal. Keep us posted on the long term results. I have gotten little to no long term info on the health or longevity of a hypermorphed polyp.
