This is the Never Summer Eclipse Long Board.  It is the first years model of the amazing snowboard manufactures venture into skateboards.  It is i think 42 inch pin tail that is made of wood and NS's trademark STS fiber glass with carbon fiber stringer in an X pattern at the nose and tail.  It also features PTex nose and tail to protect from splintering on curbs or in transportation. And EDS vibration dampeners under each truck. Board is the only skateboard on the market when new offered a 3 year warranty.  I've personally witnessed a truck driving over a NS board and it just flexes, where a competitiors snaps. I have also upgraded bearings to Bones Swiss Reds and the wheels to a huge millimeter size for extra smooth cruzing over cracks and rocks.
