I've tried placing this plate everywhere. Target feed it reef frenzy 2-3x weekly. It just won't perk up. Splotchy skin, very short tentacles and a couple splits on outer rim. Not sure what else to do for it. Any suggestions?
I'll post a pic when lights come on.

I have no clue how to fix it....but have seen it pretty common in those plate corals.

Feed it bigger food. Like a mysis shrimp. I believe reef frenzy is very small... right?

Well no matter what I do, this plate just won't perk up. Just a few very small areas have color, very little if any pe.
Thinking of moving it to the back corner and let it be.

180w LED. whites @13% max, blues @50% max. Ramping. Whites on at noon off at 5. Blues on at 9 off at 7.
It is the only coral suffering in this manner. All other LPS/SPS are doing great.

I have had bad luck with Plates and LED.

They do great under T5 but any that I put under LED just die on me.

That's what I'm discovering. My last plate did awesome under my old T5's. This one has never been right under LED's.
