After using two gallons within two weeks, I saw no abatement of the green wall of growth. My magnesium levels were sky high, amazing those that performed the tests. Nothing happened.
So what numbers do you consider sky high? Was your mag level over 1700 at the point of the KentM dosing? Or did the dosing of KentM increase it to over 1700?
My Mg level was over 2,000. I stopped the homemade treatment, watched the bryopsis for a couple days top see what prolonged contact would do, after no effects, did a 30% water change, and after 2 weeks started the Kent Tech M treatment.

Ahh ok, was wondering if there was some crazy correlation to having over 1700 and the die off...but guess there's some magical solution in the kent m that does it. Now only if there was a cure for some of the nuisance red algae that doesn't create all the bubbles.....
