Just finished setting up a new 75. While putting in a pair of clowns that had been in my QT I spilled about a 1/2 - 3/4 cup of the QT water in the main tank (sh*t!). The QT has been treated with a copper solution and is at .15 mg/l. Will this cause any problems with inverts in the tank in the future? This would equate to a copper solution in the tank of @ 0000.16 mg/l. Currently 2 cleaner shrimp, fire shrimp, couple snails. Running @ 90-95 gallons of water in the tank with the sump as well as @ 125 lb live rock.

I don't think it will do much harm, but I would run some carbon just to be sure.

I wouldn't worry too much over that small amount, but you may want to consider running a Polypad or similar to play it safe.

I recommend the PolyFilter....I have to much experience with copper removal. Just throw one in your sump for a few weeks and you should be good to go.

Thanks, ran the poly as well as carbon immediatley as well as did a 20% WC (not that 20% of 1/1,000 th would change much!) and all seems well. No snails or crabs/shrimp exhibiting any probs. The few polyps, shrooms and xenias I have look happy with the new tank!
