boy you got that right. First to answer some q's. I just tested my water and the phos is 0.0, nit/ammonia 0, pH was low-around 8. so I added some buffer. I have been keeping my lights at around 8 hours a day...so maybe I'll do like you said and drop it down to just a couple hours a day. I spoke with the lfs guy and he said he'd be willing to bring up "a bunch" of crabs to help the process. I think we might try this otherwise I will take the rocks out and throw some elbow grease their way. I did that with my other tank...and everything died within an hour so I'm leaving that as my last resort. And if I do it I think I'll do it slow, like 1 rock/day or something. Thanks for the advise.
