They are on my glass and are very hard to remove. The snails can't get them off either. After I scrub them off they come right back in a day or two. All my params are ok. Any suggestions???

Sounds like coraline. This is a good thing to have happening. Your tank is healthy and doing well. I clean the glass on the tank once a week and use a razor blade to scrap off the coraline.
Good luck
It comes off with an alge pad. The spots are very very small and cover all 4 sides of the tank. Does this still sound like coraline. Tried to upload pics and I don't Know how to resize. Its on all the glass even where I can't reach. This is my first tank and I have to admit I'm getting a little peeved at these dots.
IMO it is coraline. It can be green, pink and other colors. Its natural part of your tanks growth.
Flame is dead on... welcome to coraline. Take a look at Repto's 55g tank, must be encrusted with 1/4" of it by now. For what you are seeing now, a clean single edged razor blade will remove it quickly. Let what you scrape off fall to the rockwork and it will seed your LR fast. As mentioned it will come in different colors from green, pinks, and purples.
