    Default help me please

I am still a beginner If anyone can give any suggestions i would appreciate it. I just lost all my fish I whent on vacation came back and they were really sick and died. I have had my fish tak for 4 months and was doing great. I cleaned my tank really good and washed all the fake coral, not my live rock. I waited for a week and put in a niger trigger fish. It did ok for 3, and it got cloudy eyes and would not eat, I don't know what to do i don't want to put any more fish until I know it is good for my fish don't want any more fish to die. I am still treating my 100 gallon tank, some tablets that my fish store sold me.What should I do.
    Thanks
    Vicente

If you have only had the tank 4 months and had the fish 3 months
you may have got in to big a rush to put in the fish?
A tank needs time to mature.

Whit did you do for the tank while you was on vacation
did you have someone looking out for it you

Have you got test kits [ Ammonia - Nitrite - Nitrate - Ph ]

First thing you have to do for someone to help you is run your test
to find out if you have a water problem

    Default help

I went by the guidlines the pet store gave me. I have a test kit all my leverls are cheking out good. I even took it the pet store were i get my fish and they checked everythign as well and sait it was good. I even now the water is testing at normal levels. I had food pre packaged in amounts for my cousing so all he had to do was put the food in on a daily basis, and would not over feed the fish. I had a stripped puffer, 1 yellow tang, 1 black voliten-lion fish. The niger trigger was added after i talk to the people at the fish store and they looked at the water and said that it would be ok to add him tothe tank. I added the fish at different times so I would not stress the other fish by putting to many at one time.

IMO, you got a sick fish(possibly with an internal parasite) whatever it was, it was enough to infect rather quickly. Your tank may be hosed for the potential of a future reef due the the med use( what kind... any copper???). Aside from my opinion, Jerry's got the rest covered. Good luck and welcome to Captive Reefing!!!

There's nowhere else I'ld rather be... unless, of course, you're buying
