Mine does that sometimes, I think it has to do with releasing waste or something. It happens for like 30 mins, then stops. Hopefully everything gets better soon good luck.
anemonies release waste and expell old saltwater out of thier bodies and refill with new water. this may be what it is doing. it usually takes a couple days to get back to normal after doing this. it takes a couple days because, how would you feel pooping out of your mouth, and it is a kind of stressful time for the anemone. i would just keep an eye on if for a few days and if it gets no better then we can figure out what it is that is bothering it.
