    Default I JUST UPGRADED!!!!!!

    So I went to petsmart last night and found out that they where haveing a sale. If you buy a stand you get the tank that goes on it FREE. So I sucked up to the wife a little and went back and got a brand new 72 Gal. bowfront with the stand for $159 after tax. I promise to have pics soon (as in the palm is chargeing as I type because I already tried and it was dead).
    I will be posting step by step set up from start to stocked.
    Does water always taste like salt and poo????

    Yes you read that right $159 out the door. I now LOVE the petco in canton.

    I am just finishing painting the back, it is now a gloss black. Went out today and got a Rio+ 2500 for a retun pump, an overflow, and a catalina aquarium 1800 Power head. the total gph of water movement after head loss will be 1329 GPH.

    In the next few weeks I will be getting the heater, sand, and the supplys to make my own rock. It will probably be Jan./Feb. before I get the lighting and June or July before I start adding corals to my new reef.

    At that time I will be interested in all frags available. I think it would be really cool to watch the reef grow and mature from my own hand made rocks to little frags to full grown corals.
    Does water always taste like salt and poo????

    lucky dog !! great find jojo, wonder if they are ALL having a sale ?! i could use a few more tanks ... J/K, i have to many now but i would take another if the price was right, and your price was right !!

    Try calling PETCO. That is where I got the tank. I don't know if they are nationwide but they are really big here. Or try petco.com and see if they have the same deal

    Yeah pics will be here as soon as I get the tank in position. ( I have to rearange my zoo). But it will be tonight, and if I do sayso myself the black paint job on the back ROCKS!!
