There is a medicated food cocktail that work well for some but seems to not help others, its worth a try.

IMHO, I would just get a bare 10g tank and fill it with water from your display tank, add 1 drop of Cupramine per 2 gallons on the first day and another dose 48hrs later. Always test copper levels before introducing livestock and at least every couple days to make sure its at the right level. You want a 0.03-0.04 reading, any lower and it will not work, any higher than 0.05 and you can kill/stress the fish

HTH and read up a bit on copper before you decide to do this, I went through a real bad ich outbreak a while back and the only thing that took it out was QT w/copper meds.
