I would go with the T5 HO's over PC's in a second! There are many tanks full of beautiful SPS that have nothing but T5 HO's. Anemones need alot of light and the T5 HO's can provide it. They will do almost anything halides can do EXCEPT the shimmer effect.

You can even keep most Clams under T5 HO lighting.
