wow, thats high !! around here it is $5.99lb. for fiji and $6.99lb. for tonga (not that i pay for rock) that is just what it goes for. you could always try Foster&Smith, i think they even have free shipping on rock now (but dont hold me to it) !!

We need to work on your caps lock etiquette.

Ebay sometimes has good deals in live rock. It's been a while since I've been looking for it though. Check to see if there's a local reef club near you and check to see if anyone is selling anything.

I'm sure that some people know more websites that I could spout off the top of my head.

Be careful with shipping charges. Sometimes they sock you with those. Sometimes your best deals are when they ship it to the closest airport and you go pick it up there. Worth a look.

LOL YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL! Many of the websites that sell marine fishes also sell live rock. I've bought from Saltwaterfish.com and was happy with what I'd received. Your LFS's do sound a bit high so it might be worth it to you to just order from online and pay the shipping charge.

I forget what size tank do you have again? I"m thinking I remember you saying 30 gallon. There are live rock packages that are for nano tanks up to 30 lb i believe. Other sites that sell Live Rock would be Marinedepot.com and Liveaquaria.com. You can do a search for live rock on google too. Since you are getting live rock why not get live sand at the same time?
