Get a large tuperware, small pool, etc with simple filtration. A good submersible pump for water movement, no light and some PVC piping for hiding places. Make up some water for the pool, get it moving, add the fish, treat the water for over 6 weeks(I recommend 8 weeks), and hope all the guys make it.
There's nowhere else I'ld rather be... unless, of course, you're buying

yes by all means to not get rid of the fish. Just quarantine all of them for at least 8 weeks. This is a fairly easy fix. But if you do not eradicate all of the ich then you will have another out break of it. You have too many great fish to just get rid of all of the. By the way how long have you had your moorish Idol? Those are very difficult fish to keep.
