Default Not a True Emergency, But NEED HELP

Just went down into the basement and my brand new 660 will not fire. I first thought it was the timer but once I bipassed it only 2 of the 4 bulbs went on. And that was for only 3 seconds.
    What should I do?

Double check all wiring and bulb-endcap connections. This is what happened to me with a 430 a few years ago.

Thanks Tom, at first it didn't make sense that a blown bulb would stop it from firing. But after thinking about it, it interrupted the circuit. So ya, got lucky with the first bulb I checked being blown!!!
