Double check all wiring and bulb-endcap connections. This is what happened to me with a 430 a few years ago.

Thanks Tom, at first it didn't make sense that a blown bulb would stop it from firing. But after thinking about it, it interrupted the circuit. So ya, got lucky with the first bulb I checked being blown!!!
