1.For a sump,I'd use a 30gal aquarium.You can buy picture frame glass at home depot cut to size.You can silicon them in the tank/sump to section it off.You can make one side a refugium(#2).For further info on sumps,do a search here,there's a good link on one of the threads.You will also need an external overflow since your tank isn't drilled,drop me a PM,I have a couple in the garage i'm not using.For the return pump,I'd go with this one
